Li Xue? Est-elle éligible pour cette compétition, alors qu'elle ne l'est pas pour les championnats européens? Les nouvelles règles d'éligibilité internationale ne s'appliquent-elles pas au Top 12?

(Je sais qu'elle pourra participer aux JO, c'est autre chose.)

Ci-dessous le règlement. Est-ce que Li Xue bénéficie donc d'une exception à titre individuel?? Parce que le Top 12 a lieu en France?


B.10.3. INTERNATIONAL ELIGIBILITY

(1) Principally, the ITTF eligibility regulations for World Title events shall apply to all ETTU team and individual Events, except as provided in § (2) and in chapters B.10.3.1. to B.10.3.5.

(2) A Commission consisting of the Executive Board and of one (1) to three (3) co-opted members, to be chosen between the acting Committee Chairpersons, shall have the power to grant exceptions from the provisions of chapter B.10.3., but for individual Events only.

B.10.3.1. Europe TOP-12
(1) Only players eligible to represent a Member Association in the European Championships’ team events are eligible to participate in the Europe TOP-12 events.
